Each student is required to:

• Be in good standing with the church/must not be currently under church discipline.

• Provide documentation to verify enrollment in college, trade or vocational school, etc. An example of proof of enrollment is a course schedule or a bill from the college/university. Note: An acceptance letter is insufficient documentation for a student to receive a GBC scholarship.

• Proof of enrollment (for example, course schedule) must be attached to the email prior to receiving the GBC scholarship.

• Enroll in college/vocational training during the school year in which he/she graduates from high school.

• Be an active member to receive a full scholarship based on the ministry criteria for all high school students.

• Write a brief essay to include: Introducing yourself, what year you became a GBC member and your future goals. Also, explain how you would include making a difference in a positive way by helping someone else.

• Actively participate in the 2nd and 4th Sunday GBC Student Ministry Connect Group Meeting.

• Attach a written email from a GBC Ministry Leader(s) validating your participation in that ministry.

• Attach high school graduation/senior picture.

• Attach application high school form (Graduation Bio and Scholarship)

• Attach University or College Proof of Enrollment

• All students and parents must meet the GBC scholarship deadline date of April 23 every year.
